Warhorse Forge ("we", "us") operates the software factory at warhorseforge.tech and app.warhorseforge.tech. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Account information you provide when you sign up (email address and authentication credentials); billing information processed by our payment provider (Stripe) when you subscribe; the build briefs and application content you submit to the factory; and standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used to operate and secure the service.
To create and manage your account, provide and improve the build service, process subscription payments, communicate about your account, and protect the security and integrity of the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
Subscription payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; card data is transmitted directly to Stripe under their terms and privacy policy.
We retain account and build data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at rags@warhorsesystems.com.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to disclose material incidents where required.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
