These Terms govern your use of Warhorse Forge (the "Service") at warhorseforge.tech and app.warhorseforge.tech. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Warhorse Forge designs, builds, proves, and ships software applications composed from proven parts. Access is provided via paid subscription tiers or via an issued access code. Features and capabilities may evolve over time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to accept these Terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Access codes may carry their own expiry and usage limits.
You agree not to use the Service to build or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful material, to attempt to breach security or access controls, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.
You retain ownership of the briefs and application content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service and produce your builds.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warhorse Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
